Every client is different and has a different set of needs. Some clients prefer to have help with floorplans and material selections but do the rest on their own. Others prefer to have the ordering and scheduling handled so all they have to do is pack up the space and watch the magic happen. You, the client, get to decide how involved the process is.

The design process is different for every client so that the service you receive is tailored specifically to your needs.

Step 1: we meet

We always start with a primary meeting, which typically happens at your home or where the work is to be completed. By meeting in your home you are able to point out all the problem areas. It is also a great opportunity for the designer to get an idea of how you live and what your household needs might be. The designer will take measurements and photos of the existing space and will tell you what to expect as the next step.

Step 2: Concepts

You can expect a preliminary package emailed to you that will contain conceptual and design drawings, inspiration photos, and product information. Once you have had a chance to look over the package a meeting will be scheduled to review any questions and/or changes you would like to see.

Step 3: materials & finish Selection

From there the designer will help you to select fixtures and finishes and begin gathering quotes for the products and trades you will need to complete your project.

Step 4: Project rollout

If you are moving forward with our project management services, the designer will review a detailed contract with you to ensure both parties understand the scope of work and what will be ordered. Once the product is ordered you can expect a timeline outlining the details of the work to be completed.
